C&B Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage annual salary review, incentive payment, and compensation planning processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely execution.
• Support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of compensation and benefits programs aligned with business objectives and global/regional reward strategies.
• Conduct salary benchmarking, market analysis, and compensation surveys to ensure external competitiveness and internal equity.
• Develop compensation reports, workforce cost analysis, salary forecasts, and recommendations for reward-related decisions.
• Partner with HR and business stakeholders to provide expert guidance on compensation, benefits, payroll, job grading, and reward policies.
• Support the implementation and governance of job evaluation, role classification, and salary structure frameworks.
• Lead annual compensation cycles, salary budgets, and year-end review processes while ensuring effective FTE and payroll cost management.
• Oversee payroll-related processes, resolve complex payroll matters, and ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
• Review and enhance employee benefits programs to support employee engagement and organizational competitiveness.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including process automation, digitalization, AI-enabled solutions, and HR systems enhancements.
• Support regional and global Compensation & Benefits projects and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, Rewards, or a related HR discipline.

• Strong knowledge of Thailand payroll practices, taxation, labor regulations, and employment laws.

• Experience in salary benchmarking, job evaluation, market surveys, and compensation analysis.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with Power BI is required.

• Knowledge of HR systems, databases, compensation regulations, and market trends is preferred.

• Good speaking in both Thai and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Experience in logistics or supply chain industries is advantageous but not required.
