C&I SOLAR Project Management

Responsibilities:

1. Account & Project Management:

Manage the full lifecycle of existing accounts for JA Thailand. Support project development, conduct on-site technical evaluations, coordinate project execution, and ensure timely delivery. Maintain rigorous project progress tracking and reporting in alignment with headquarters.

2. Business Development (C&I Solar PPA & EV Charging):

Spearhead the origination and development of Commercial & Industrial (C&I) rooftop solar PPA and EV charging station projects in Thailand. Develop and maintain relationships with customers and local partners, and ensure compliance with Thai regulatory requirements and local standards.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

a) Volume of qualified leads generated.

b) Number of active opportunities in the negotiation pipeline.

c) Number of successfully contracted and commissioned projects.

d) Project progress and delivery performance.

3. Coordination & Operations:

Facilitate effective communication and information sharing between the Thai team and global headquarters. Coordinate with relevant internal departments to support project execution. Provide operational and administrative support during the initial setup and development of the local entity/office.

Requirements:

1. Education:

Bachelor’s degree or above in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Business, Energy, or a related field.

2. Training:

Strong on-site project management and emergency handling capabilities.

3. Work Experience:

3+ years of experience in construction, project development, or related fields. Candidates with experience in C&I solar, commercial/industrial PV, PPA, or EV charging station projects in Thailand are strongly preferred. Familiarity with EPC quality, schedule, and safety management, grid connection procedures, and key O&M requirements is preferred.

4. Skills:

Proficient in Thai and English. Chinese proficiency is an advantage. Based in Bangkok, Thailand. No nationality restriction.

5. Competencies:

Ability to work independently, with strong business insight, communication and coordination skills. Able to work under pressure, collaborate effectively across functions, and drive projects forward.
