Candidate Resourcer

Melbourne, VIC — Hybrid | Full time, permanent | Attractive base + super + commission
The opportunity
We're looking for a Candidate Resourcer to join the team in Melbourne. This is a delivery-focused role — you'll be the engine behind the desk, finding, screening and managing the candidates who go on to fill our clients' roles.
You'll work alongside experienced consultants who will hand you real briefs from day one, and you'll be paid a commission on the placements you contribute to.
What you'll be doing

• Sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, talent pools and referrals
• Screening applications and running first-stage phone interviews
• Writing and posting job ads, and managing the response
• Formatting CVs and preparing candidate summaries for client submission
• Booking and coordinating interviews between candidates and clients
• Keeping the database clean, current and properly tagged
• Building and maintaining talent pools in your core markets
• Reference checking and compliance documentation

What we're after

• Some recruitment, resourcing or internal talent acquisition experience — agency side is ideal but not essential
• Experience recruiting into professional services or medical/healthcare is highly regarded
• Confident on the phone and comfortable making outbound calls
• Organised, with the discipline to run a high volume of activity without dropping the detail
• Good written English — you'll be writing ads, summaries and candidate correspondence
• Someone who wants a pathway into a full 360 recruitment role down the track
