"• Sourcing • Candidates with Recruitment process experience into sourcing head hunting screening process formalities • Process that involves identifying hiring needs, preparing job descriptions that attract candidates, talent search, screening and shortlisting, interviewing, selecting, hiring, and onboarding employees."
