C&S Coordinator

About the role

Coordinate structural works and drawings with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams. Manage structural coordinated drawings, material submissions, and method statements. Review and submit shop drawings, RFIs, RFAs, and other technical documents. Lead coordination meetings and liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage structural coordinated drawings, material submissions, and method statements
• Review and submit shop drawings, RFIs, RFAs, and other technical documents
• Ensure timely submissions, quality standards, and compliance with project requirements
• Lead coordination meetings and liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities
• Manage B-score, C-score, and CSC documentation

About you

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or equivalent
• At least 3 years of relevant construction experience, preferably in C&S coordination and HDB projects
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project scheduling software
• Knowledge of Revit/BIM and VDC tools is an advantage
• Experience with B-score, C-score, and CSC documentation is preferred
• Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills
