C&S Project Engineer (Hospital Projects)

Key Responsibilities:

• Review Civil & Structure (C&S) drawings, designs and technical documents for compliance and constructability

  Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and relevant authorities on C&S matters

  Assist in construction planning, methodology review, and project scheduling

  Review engineering submissions, calculations and shop drawings where applicable.

  Provide technical advice and resolve C&S design or site-related issues

  Prepare technical reports, meeting minutes, and project updates for management

  Perform any other duties assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building Management or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing hospital construction or development projects.
• Strong understanding of healthcare facility requirements and industry regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
