C&S SUPERVISOR

CONSTRUCTION DIVISON

• Supervise and oversee construction activities at the site, using construction drawings as a guide
• Coordinate with subcontractors to arrange their work schedules according to the work programs
• Check the quality of work, identify and address any defects or issues promptly
• Monitor the progress of the project on a daily basis and keep accurate records of the work activities
• Prepare and submit reports for any information requests or deviations from the required standards
• Manage workers and subcontractors effectively, while maintaining good relationships with clients and consultants
• Comply to Company’s Quality System, occupational safety, health and environmental requirements are addressed and met at all times

Requirement:

• Diploma in civil engineering, construction management or related field
• 3-5 years experience in building construction field
• Senior Supervisor will be considered in related experience
• Willing to work based at Kulim Kedah.
