At Kut & Fluff Pet Resort and Spa, we believe groomers perform their best work when they are supported by a team that allows them to focus on their craft. That's why we've built our workflow around removing many of the common distractions that take time away from grooming. From scheduling assistance to dedicated bathing support, our goal is to create an environment where groomers can spend more time doing what they love and less time managing administrative tasks.

Our newly renovated facility was designed to provide a clean, safe, and welcoming experience for both pets and team members. We take pride in maintaining a low-stress atmosphere where quality care, professionalism, and positive client experiences remain at the center of everything we do.

One of the things that sets our salon apart is the culture. We believe in supporting our team without micromanaging. Groomers are trusted professionals and are given the flexibility and autonomy to approach their work in a way that allows them to showcase their skills, creativity, and personal style. The result is a friendly, cooperative environment where people enjoy coming to work and have the freedom to grow their clientele and reputation.

Whether your passion is breed-specific styling, creative grooming, or providing exceptional everyday pet trims, you'll have the opportunity to build a thriving book of business while receiving the support needed to focus on the artistic side of grooming.
