About THC Hub

THC Hub is a customer-focused cannabis retail destination dedicated to creating a welcoming, knowledgeable, and professional experience for every guest. We’re looking for a personable Cannabis Concierge to join our team and help customers navigate our products and services.

The Role

As a Cannabis Concierge, you’ll be one of the first points of contact for our customers. You’ll help create a positive experience by providing product information, answering questions, assisting with product selection, and ensuring customers receive knowledgeable and responsible service.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service
• Learn and communicate accurate information about cannabis products, formats, and applicable regulations
• Ask questions to understand customers’ preferences and provide appropriate product information
• Assist customers with navigating the store and product selection
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming retail environment
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Follow all applicable cannabis laws, regulations, age-verification requirements, and company policies
• Protect customer privacy and handle transactions responsibly
• Stay up to date on product knowledge, store procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Support the team with inventory, merchandising, opening/closing duties, and other retail responsibilities as needed

• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Comfortable speaking with a wide range of customers
• Interest in cannabis and willingness to continually learn about products and regulations
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail
• Previous cannabis retail, retail, hospitality, or customer-service experience is an asset
• Ability to meet all applicable legal requirements for employment in a cannabis retail environment

Schedule

Part-time / (Full-time in future available)

Must be available for a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
