  • Perform routine equipment inspections and promptly report malfunctions, damage, maintenance needs, or safety concerns to department leadership.

  • Assist with equipment calibration and the general upkeep of gauges, tools, and other production equipment as assigned.

  • Coordinate with post-processing, packaging, inventory, and other production teams to maintain an efficient and accurate workflow.

  • Support research and development initiatives, process improvements, production scaling, and new-product development as assigned.

  • Assist team members with assigned tasks and support broader department operations based on production and business needs.

  • At least one year of experience in cannabis processing, extraction, manufacturing, or a comparable production environment.

  • Working knowledge of cannabis extraction fundamentals, production workflows, and product-quality standards.

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written procedures and maintain complete, accurate production records.

  • Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively across departments.

  • Ability to lift and carry at least 40 pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive physical tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation.

  • Ability to work safely in variable-temperature environments and around production machinery.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a licensed cannabis extraction facility.

  • Familiarity with METRC or another seed-to-sale inventory tracking system.

  • Experience with cannabis post-processing techniques, equipment calibration, or production scaling.

  • Previous experience supporting training, workflow coordination, or process improvement in a production environment.
