What's the job?

Friday thru Monday Cannabis Joint Roller – Pre-Roll Production

We're hiring for our pre-roll team. This is focused, hands-on production work — rolling joints, packaging, and helping us turn out a consistent, high-quality product day after day. You'll be:

• Filling, packing, and weighing pre-rolled cones to spec
• Ensuring a constant and consistent flow of joints through the machine
• Loading and labeling tubes, jars, and multi-packs
• Keeping your station clean, stocked, and organized
• Tracking batch counts and weights as you go
• Helping with end-of-day cleanup and room turnover

If you like to put your headphones in, get into a rhythm, and crank out quality work without someone hovering over you — this is your job. The pre-roll room is quiet and low-traffic. You'll start with a lead to teach you, with a chance to run your own shifts with your own work station.

Pay & Raises

Starting pay is $18.00/hr. Pay raises achievable with achieving KPIs and when running your own shift.

What We're Looking For

Pre-roll or production experience is a plus, but we'll train the right person. The most important things to us are steady hands, sharp attention to detail, and reliability.

You should be:

• 21 or older (required for I-502 work in Washington)
• Able to sit or stand at a workstation for extended periods, with good motor control
• Comfortable with repetitive hand and wrist motion
• Able to pass a Washington State Liquor and Cannabis Board background check
• Have reliable transportation to our Spokane facility
