Cannabis Processing Technician

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented, dependable Processing Technician to join our cannabis processing team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient processing, packaging, and handling of regulated materials and products in a fast-paced production environment. Your expertise will help maintain high-quality standards, support lean manufacturing initiatives, and ensure compliance regulations.

Duties

• Assist in activities including but not limited to weighing, trimming, sorting, grinding, packing, kitchen production, packaging, and labeling cannabis products according to company procedures and state regulations.
• Ability to work both independently and as a team to meet production goals.
• Operate equipment related to processing, machining, and packaging to meet production goals efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of processing activities, materials handling, and inventory movements for traceability.

Qualifications

• Ability to pass background check and fingerprinting
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Food handling certificate (preferred but not required)
• Previous experience in packaging or manufacturing (preferred but not required, training will be provided)
• Knowledge of cannabis packaging regulations (preferred but not required, training will be provided)
• Ability to work in fast paced work enviroment
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
• Willingness to learn and follow strict procedures and regulations

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
