Canon Press Queue Operator

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor press queues remotely and confirm jobs are staged and ready for printing.
• Sequence and priority jobs in the queue according to standard production rules.
• Verify job status updates and ensure jobs progress from queues to completed.
• Identify and flag queue errors, stalled jobs, or missing files.
• Communicate proactively with on-site teams regarding job timing, priority changes, or issues.
• Maintain accurate handoff notes for shift continuity.
• Has strong English communication skills.

Qualification:

• Graduate of any bachelor's degree.
• Comfortable working in vendor-based software interfaces (training provided).
• Basic familiarity with print/production workflows and concepts.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Reliable and independent worker.
• Standard computer proficiency.
• Clear written communication skills for handoffs and issue escalations.
