Job Summary
Sri Lakshmi Medical Centre & Hospital is looking for a responsible and organized Canteen Incharge to manage daily canteen operations and supervise housekeeping activities within the hospital. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily canteen operations and ensure timely food service.
• Monitor food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and proper storage.
• Maintain stock of groceries, food supplies, and other canteen materials.
• Supervise canteen and housekeeping staff and allocate daily duties.
• Ensure cleanliness of the kitchen, dining area, canteen, and assigned hospital areas.
• Monitor housekeeping activities and maintain proper hygiene and sanitation.
• Maintain records of stock, purchases, and daily expenses.
• Coordinate with vendors and management as required.
• Ensure compliance with hospital hygiene and safety standards.

Requirements

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Experience in canteen, catering, housekeeping, or facility management will be an added advantage.
• Good communication, coordination, and staff-management skills.
• Ability to handle daily operations responsibly and independently.
• Candidates staying in hostel/accommodation will be an added advantage.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month
• Salary will be based on experience and skills.
• Candidates with relevant experience may be considered for a higher salary.
• Other benefits as per hospital policy.
