Cantonese CSR

as a Multilingual Customer Service Representative, you will:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions, professionally through phone, chat, email or other support channels.
• Assist customers with account-related inquiries, service requests, billing concerns, product information, and general support needs.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while delivering a positive customer experience.

Qualifications:

• At least 1–2 years of experience in a BPO or Shared Services environment
• Understanding of the order-to cash (O2C) process is highly preferred. (Preferred but not required.
• Amenable to working on a shifting schedule.
• Willing to work onsite in Quezon City, Philippines.
• Holds a Permanent Resident Permit (if applicable)
• Filipinos who are fluent in any of the listed languages are also highly encouraged to apply!

Pay: Php120,000.00 - Php130,000.00 per month
