- Handle customer enquiries for the Hong Kong market through non-voice channels
- Make outbound follow-up calls to customers when required
- Follow up on customer cases and provide timely assistance
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns professionally
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant team when necessary
- Maintain service quality and meet required KPIs
Pay: RM3,900.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
