ob Highlight:

• Intake period : Hong Kong Market - Basic RM3,500 and KPI Allowance RM300

• 2 November 2026

• Night/Midnight Shift (RM250/350)

• OT & PH Allowance

• Work From Home after 3 months’ probation

• Working days: 5 working days and 2 off days in a week

• Shift details: 8 working hours + 1 hour meal break (24 hours rotation shift & off day)

Job Description:

• Shows empathy by listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; and provide solution based on SOP to improve customer satisfaction.

• Maintain deep understand of standard operating procedures (SOP) to ensure highest and most accurate form of support.

• This position requires to attend customer inquiry through live chats, emails & phone calls.

Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least SPM/O level/UEC

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

• Required language: Mandarin Chinese, proficient in Traditional Chinese

• Able to work in office located at Sunway Visio Tower, Cheras

• Accept 24/7 rotational shift
