Canvass Manager

Lead. Motivate. Grow. Build a High-Performing Canvassing Team. StateWide Windows & Doors is looking for a driven and experienced Canvass Manager to lead and develop our canvassing team in the Orlando market.

This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment and knows how to motivate a team to perform. You’ll be responsible for recruiting, training, coaching, and managing canvassers while helping drive qualified appointments and continued market growth.

What You'll Do

• Recruit, onboard, train, and develop new canvassers
• Lead and motivate a high-performing canvassing team
• Set daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals
• Monitor team performance and hold team members accountable
• Coach team members to improve communication, engagement, and appointment-setting skills
• Conduct regular team meetings and performance check-ins
• Track appointments, performance metrics, and overall team production
• Help create strategies to increase team productivity and appointment volume
• Provide ongoing support, motivation, and leadership in the field
• Work closely with management to achieve market growth and hiring goals
• Lead by example and help create a positive, competitive, team-oriented culture

What We're Looking For

• Previous management, sales, canvassing, or team leadership experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Highly motivated and results-driven
• Comfortable working in a performance-based environment
• Ability to coach, motivate, and hold a team accountable
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Positive, professional, and energetic personality
• Ability to work independently while also being a strong team leader
• Willingness to be hands-on and actively involved with the team
