A&M Roofing & Exteriors is growing, and we're looking for 3–4 motivated Canvassers to join our team serving the St. Louis and Southern Illinois areas.

Rather than scheduling individual first-round interviews, we're inviting applicants to attend our upcoming Canvasser Hiring Event.

Tuesday, August 25th
10:00 AM — Group interview begins promptly

Submitting an application does not reserve a seat. Space is limited, and an RSVP by phone is required to attend the hiring event.

Please plan to arrive 10–15 minutes early for check-in. The group interview and company presentation will begin promptly at 10:00 AM. Candidates arriving after the presentation has begun may not be admitted to the hiring event.

What Does an A&M Canvasser Do?

This is not a high-pressure sales position.

Our canvassers work in storm-affected neighborhoods to:

• Knock on doors and speak with homeowners
• Introduce A&M Roofing & Exteriors
• Offer homeowners a FREE roof inspection
• Schedule qualified appointments for our roofing sales representatives

That's it.

You generate the opportunity. Our sales representatives handle the inspection and everything that follows.

No roofing or sales experience? No problem. We provide the training you need to succeed.

Compensation

$25/hour guaranteed base pay

+$15 for every qualified lead

Plus:

• Daily cash incentives
• Weekly performance bonuses
• Paid training
• Team performance contests
• Advancement opportunities

What's the Earning Potential?

Strong performers can generate approximately 3 qualified leads per hour.

At that performance level:

$25/hour base pay + $45/hour in lead bonuses = $70/hour

A 4-hour shift at that level could earn approximately $280, before additional daily or weekly incentives.

Lead bonuses and total earnings depend on individual performance and are not guaranteed.

Schedule

Monday–Friday: 4:00 PM–8:00 PM

Saturday: 10:00 AM–2:00 PM, occasionally until 3:00 PM

Hit the team's weekly goals and enjoy your Saturday off!

Transportation to canvassing areas is provided as long as you can get to our office. Prefer to use your own vehicle? That's fine too.

• Comfortable working outdoors and walking neighborhoods
• Interested in earning beyond your hourly base through performance
