No roofing experience is required. We provide training and coaching to help you learn the business and succeed.

This role is particularly well suited for college students, current and former athletes, servers, bartenders, and individuals looking to break into sales.

What You’ll Do

• Connect with homeowners in neighborhoods where Rhino Roofing is actively working.
• Introduce our roofing services and generate interest in complimentary roof inspections.
• Build rapport with homeowners and communicate professionally.
• Identify interested homeowners and schedule qualified appointments for our sales team.
• Learn the fundamentals of prospecting, lead generation, and consultative selling.
• Work alongside a team focused on accountability, development, and results.
• Track your activity and appointments while working toward individual and team goals.

Compensation & Schedule

• Earning potential: $60,000 per year for strong performers.
• Uncapped commission: Your earning potential grows with your results.
• Approximately 20 hours per week, with a flexible schedule.
• Weeknight and Saturday availability is strongly encouraged, when homeowners are more likely to be available.
• Work in neighborhoods throughout the Richmond area, with opportunities to focus close to home when territory assignments allow.
• Quick sales cycle, allowing you to see the results of your work without waiting months for a deal to develop.

Important: This is a full-commission position. Earnings are performance-based and are not guaranteed. Actual income depends on results, activity, and available opportunities.

Requirements

• Reliable personal vehicle and ability to travel between assigned neighborhoods.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable speaking with homeowners and initiating conversations.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Availability for weeknight and Saturday shifts is strongly preferred.

Previous sales, customer service, hospitality, or fundraising experience is a plus, but not required.
