As a Door-to-Door Canvassing Manager you will represent Premier Impact Windows and Roofing in select neighborhoods.

Responsibilities:

• Manage: Manage, train, and drive teams of 3-5 canvassers
• Customer Engagement: Approach and speak with homeowners in natural conversation.
• Knowledge & Communication: Listen to homeowners' window and roof needs and ask thoughtful questions.
• Lead Generation: Offer free estimates to interested homeowners.
• Brand Representation: Proudly promote and share information about Premier Impact Windows and Roofing.
• Appointment Setting: Schedule free in-home estimates for our Sales team.

Your shift will involve standing, talking to people, and representing the brand.

Compensation:

● 100% Commission-Based Position

● Profit 8%-10% from appointment-generated contracts.

● Average project values range from $20,000 to $50,000+

● Weekly Pay

● Monthly performance bonuses

● No income cap, Unlimited earning potential.
