CANVASSING REPRESENTATIVE

THE ROLE

As a Canvassing Representative, you're the first connection between Veterans Roofing and the communities we serve. You'll knock doors, start conversations, and identify homeowners who need our services. This is an entry-level position — many of our top sales reps and leaders started right here. If you have hustle, personality, and a desire to grow, this is your launchpad.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Canvass assigned neighborhoods to generate qualified leads for our sales team
• Engage homeowners in friendly, professional conversations about their exterior needs
• Schedule free inspection appointments for our Outside Sales Representatives
• Distribute door hangers and marketing materials in target areas
• Track and report daily canvassing activity and lead generation metrics
• Participate in team canvassing events and community outreach programs
• Learn our sales process from the ground up — this role is a pipeline to Outside Sales

WHAT YOU BRING

• Outgoing, energetic personality — you genuinely enjoy talking to people
• Highly motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic
• Comfortable walking neighborhoods and working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Reliable transportation to and from canvassing territories
• No experience required — we provide comprehensive training
• Must be 18 or older
• Veterans and military spouses strongly encouraged to apply

COMPENSATION

Hourly base + per-lead commission + bonuses. Average earnings: $45,000–$70,000 in your first year with clear path to Outside Sales.
