A FRECARN, empresa líder amb més de 60 anys d’història i presència internacional, volem incorporar un/a Cap **de Torn Manteniment (matí)**per liderar l’equip de manteniment en torn de matí.
La teva missió:
- Coordinar i supervisar un equip de 3-4 tècnics.
- Planificar i assegurar el manteniment preventiu i correctiu.
- Resoldre avaries i garantir la continuïtat de la producció.
- Donar suport al Cap de Manteniment i proposar millores.

- Horari: torn de matí (dilluns a divendres de 6:00 a 14:30).

Què busquem?
- Formació tècnica (CFGS o Grau en Enginyeria Elèctrica/Electromecànica).
- Experiència en manteniment industrial.
- Capacitat de diagnòstic i lideratge d’equip.
