Capability Building Associate

Qualifications:

1. Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Business Administration, or any related course
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Canva
3. Good interpersonal and customer service skills
4. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
5. Experience in training coordination, events management, administrative work, or cooperative operations is an advantage

Primary Function:

1. Provides assistance/administrative support to trainings and other activities of the capability building unit.
2. Send, receives and follow-up communications with regard to training and other activities of the capability building unit.
3. Prepares regular training reports for submission to the Cooperative Development Authority (CDA) and other parties.
4. Provides assistance in the processing of renewal of Training Accreditation from CDA and other parties such as PRC and TESDA.
5. Arrange/coordinates/canvasses/procures venue, supplies and all other materials needed for the conduct of trainings and other facilities.
6. Facilitates the printing of training hand-outs, certificates, attendance sheet and other documents.
7. Process and facilitates Cash Advances and Reimbursements of member cooperatives.
8. Other tasks as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.
