Job Summary

AI Practice Lead – Enterprise AI, Copilot & Multi-Cloud AI Platforms

Role Summary

We are seeking a senior AI Practice Lead to build, scale, and lead a customer-facing AI practice focused on large-scale AI and Generative AI programs . This role requires a strong blend of AI domain expertise, solutioning and deal shaping capability, C-level relationship management, and delivery leadership .

The AI Practice Lead will be responsible for conceptualizing AI transformation programs, solutionizing and winning AI deals, and ensuring successful delivery through senior AI program and technical leaders embedded in customer environments. The role spans Microsoft Copilot, AWS AI stack, and Google Cloud AI platforms , with accountability for growth, delivery excellence, and practice maturity.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

1. AI Practice Strategy & Growth

• Define and own the AI practice vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Build a scalable portfolio of AI products, accelerators, and industry solutions .
• Drive AI deal pipeline creation , solution positioning, and win strategy.
• Partner with sales and leadership teams to grow AI revenue, deal size, and strategic accounts .

2. AI Solutioning & Deal Shaping

• Lead end-to-end AI solutioning for large, complex customer deals.
• Conceptualize AI transformation journeys including:
  • Enterprise Copilot adoption
  • GenAI platforms and agentic AI solutions
  • Data-to-AI modernization programs
• Own technical and functional responses for RFPs, proposals, and executive solution defenses .
• Define commercials, delivery models, and risk mitigation strategies for AI engagements.

3. C-Level & Customer Leadership

• Establish and maintain trusted relationships with CXOs (CEO, CIO, CTO, CDO, COO).
• Act as a strategic AI advisor to customers, shaping their AI vision and roadmap.
• Lead executive workshops, AI visioning sessions, and value realization discussions.
• Represent the organization as a thought leader in customer forums.

4. AI Program & Delivery Oversight

• Provide executive oversight for large-scale AI programs across customers.
• Ensure alignment between business outcomes, architecture, and delivery execution .
• Govern AI programs across:
  • Microsoft Azure / Copilot
  • AWS AI platforms
  • Google Cloud AI platforms
• Act as escalation point for delivery, scope, risk, and quality issues.

5. Product, Platform & Innovation Leadership

• Drive creation and evolution of:
  • Enterprise AI platforms
  • Reusable GenAI accelerators
  • Copilot extensions and custom copilots
• Stay current with evolving AI technologies and guide technology adoption strategy .
• Partner with hyperscalers and ecosystem partners on co-innovation initiatives .

6. People & Leadership Management

• Build, lead, and mentor senior AI program leaders, architects, and delivery heads .
• Establish communities of practice for AI, GenAI, and data platforms.
• Define career paths, capability models, and upskilling plans for AI talent.
• Ensure consistent delivery standards across customer engagements.

• 18+ years of overall IT / digital transformation experience.
• 10+ years in leadership roles spanning AI, analytics, or digital transformation.
• Proven experience conceptualizing, selling, and delivering large AI programs .
• Strong background in consulting, system integration, or technology services .
• Experience managing senior leaders across multiple customer environments .

Leadership & Soft Skills

• Strong executive presence with ability to influence at C-level.
• Strategic thinker with strong execution mindset.
• Excellent storytelling, solution articulation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to operate across ambiguity and emerging AI domains.
• Passion for building and scaling high-impact AI practices.
