  • Manage the end-to-end training operating rhythm, including scheduling, communications, session logistics, learner support and coordination of learning activities across the organisation.
  • Establish robust mechanisms for training attendance, completion tracking and effectiveness measurement, maintaining auditable evidence suitable for Risk, Compliance and program governance.
  • Partner with Line 1 and Line 2 Risk, Compliance SMEs, business leaders and program stakeholders to ensure learning content reflects regulatory intent and the practical changes required across the business.
  • Coordinate SME input and validation of learning materials and capability toolkits prior to release.
  • Develop champion or Super User approaches to support adoption of new platforms, frameworks, processes and ways of working.
  • Monitor participation, feedback and capability outcomes using structured evaluation measures, continuously improving content and delivery methods to strengthen adoption.
  • Manage multiple capability and learning initiatives concurrently within a complex transformation environment.

You will bring:

  • Demonstrated experience building and running end-to-end regulatory or risk training programs, including digital learning, presentations, recordings, toolkits and completion evidence.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively with senior leaders, Risk and Compliance SMEs and transformation teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex regulatory concepts into clear, practical learning materials.
  • Strong planning, analytical, problem-solving and time-management capabilities.
  • A proactive and adaptable approach, with the ability to operate effectively in changing environments while maintaining strong attention to detail, governance and risk.
