Key Responsibilities

• Lead business and operational activities tied to application implementation and development.
• Drive Agile practices including user story development, backlog management, requirements gathering, and portfolio management.
• Collaborate with business, product, technology, and operations teams to deliver strategic initiatives.
• Prioritize multiple projects and manage competing business objectives.
• Present project updates, business strategies, and operational insights to large stakeholder groups.
• Support application modernization, process improvement, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Define and improve business processes, workflows, and delivery frameworks.
• Work closely with leadership teams to align business goals with technology solutions.

Required Skills

• Strong Agile experience including user story creation, requirements gathering, sprint planning, and portfolio management.
• Experience leading business and operational initiatives related to application development and implementation.
• Healthcare operations expertise, including payment integrity, claims processing, and provider operations (preferred).
• Product Management and/or Agile Scrum experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation abilities.
• Experience prioritizing multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Lean/Six Sigma certification or process improvement experience is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
