Capability Manager - Learning & Development

Our client is a well-established financial services organisation operating within the superannuation sector. They are seeking a Capability Manager ideally with Risk L&D in superannuation backgroundto join them on a 6 month contract. 

This role will be responsible for developing, coordinating and embedding the capabilities required to uplift risk maturity across the organisation. The role ensures leaders and teams have the knowledge, skills and tools to fulfil their risk roles.

Experience:

• 5-8 years’ experience with Risk L&D within superannuation
• Experience building and running an end-to-end regulatory training program that includes recordings, presentations, toolkits/FAQs, and completion evidence.
• Experience supporting operational, risk, and compliance change by building skills and knowledge and driving adoption of risk frameworks and practices
• Driving adoption via champion/super-user style approaches for platforms and ways of working (structured “Super User program framework”).
• Experience planning and delivering training at scale
• Stakeholder and change enablement is a must
• Experience partnering effectively with Risk/Compliance SMEs and business leaders to ensure training supports the “practical changes” expected by the regulation.
• Experience evaluating training impact using structured metrics and continuously improve content and uptake.
