What they need

Description Amazon is looking for a Capacity E2E Program Manager to join the Transportation Capacity Planning team in São Paulo - SP.

Do you want to work hard, have fun and make history? If you do then Amazon could be the right career choice for you. Our logistics teams are changing the way we interact with customers around the globe every single day and solving some of the biggest logistical challenges facing not just Amazon, but also the entire industry.

As Capacity E2E Program Manager you will own end-to-end capacity planning across all transportation miles (First Mile, Middle Mile Ground and Air, Sort Centers, Last Mile, 3P carriers) and work with speed team, network design, supply chain and fulfillment centers to ensure network capacity to deliver the best experience for our customers. This role leads cross-functional coordination with Transportation Capacity Planning stakeholders across all miles, driving alignment and accountability to maintain reliable customer service levels through effective capacity management strategies.

We're seeking candidates with proven experience in transportation or logistics operations who take ownership of complex, ambiguous problems and deliver results with minimal guidance.   • Designs and maintains scalable capacity tracking tools, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms that provide network-wide visibility and enable data-driven decision-making;
  • Leads cross-functional initiatives with Operations teams to resolve systemic bottlenecks in the transportation network, implementing long-term solutions rather than reactive fixes;

  • Drives alignment through regular engagement with Capacity Planning Managers across all transportation miles, influencing priorities and ensuring current and projected capacity levels meet business needs;
  • Owns forecast accuracy improvement programs in partnership with Supply Chain teams, defining methodologies, tracking progress, and delivering measurable improvements;
