Capacity Engineer Senior Associate

UnitedLayer is seeking a Capacity Engineer, Senior Associate to support infrastructure planning, resource utilization, and performance optimization. This role helps ensure that data center and cloud environments have sufficient capacity to meet current operational demands and future growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor infrastructure capacity and resource utilization
• Analyze performance trends and forecast future capacity needs
• Support capacity planning for servers, storage, and network systems
• Identify resource bottlenecks and recommend improvements
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams
• Prepare capacity reports and maintain technical documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience in infrastructure, systems engineering, or capacity planning
• Understanding of servers, storage, networking, and cloud environments
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Familiarity with monitoring and reporting tools
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities

Pay: $95,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
