Job Summary

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot. Build RESTful APIs and integrate backend services with front-end applications and external systems. Develop cloud-native applications using AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, API Gateway, etc. Improve application performance, reliability, and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build RESTful APIs and integrate backend services with front-end applications and external systems.
• Develop cloud-native applications using AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, API Gateway, etc.
• Improve application performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Participate in solution design, code reviews, and architectural discussions.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide root-cause analysis.
• Work closely with DevOps teams to support CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitHub Actions/AWS CodePipeline).
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to best practices, coding standards, and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product features and improvements.

Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on experience in Java development.
• Strong proficiency with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data, Spring Security.
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming, design patterns, and microservices architecture.
• Experience with AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, CloudWatch, IAM, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, MongoDB).
• Experience in building RESTful APIs and distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with Git, Maven/Gradle, unit testing frameworks (JUnit/Mockito).
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud-native deployments (nice to have).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to debug complex issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
