We’re looking for a Capacity Representative to join our growing operations team in Atlanta.

We’re a trucking and logistics company based in Alabama and Georgia, providing full truckload and international transportation services. Our Capacity Representatives play a critical role in keeping freight moving by securing reliable transportation, building strong carrier relationships, negotiating rates, and solving problems in real time.

What You’ll Be Doing

• 🚚 Booking freight with contracted and non-contracted carriers
• 📍 Tracking shipments from pickup through delivery
• 🤝 Building and maintaining strong carrier relationships
• 💰 Negotiating competitive rates and maximizing margins
• 📈 Monitoring market conditions and identifying transportation solutions
• 🔧 Resolving service issues quickly and professionally
• 📋 Onboarding new carriers and ensuring compliance requirements are met
• 🎯 Working toward performance goals in a production-driven environment

💵 What’s In It For You?

This is a production-based position with significant earning potential.

Capacity Representatives can earn up to $80,000+ annually. This includes a competitive base salary and monthly commission opportunities tied to performance.

📅 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–5:00 PM

Weekend rotation: one half-day shift approximately 1–2 times per quarter. If assigned a half-day the employee will be granted a half-day out of office the week prior.
