Job Description

• Estimation of project cost.
• Execution/Implementation schedule.
• Estimation of Funds flow.
• Coordination with consultants and operations team for the preparation of plant layouts.
• Detailed discussions with civil engineer /consultant in the preparation of adequate construction designs, to optimize the project cost.
• Getting the project approved by the Capex committee.
• Organizing for all the preliminary works like bore well, construction power and temporary accommodation for mobilizing the construction workers etc.
• Monitoring the work on a day to day basis wrt the prescribed schedule.
• Studying the drawings, sorting out the queries/ requirements to the site team in the weekly site meeting and ensuring the continuous workflow.
• Submission of weekly progress report to the Management.
• Technical & Commercial Negotiations, Evaluation & Finalizing the contracts of civil works, PEB, Electricals etc. with stipulated terms & conditions.
• Handling the total Procurement of all the materials, Plant & Machinery.
• Forwarding the invoices to accounts.
• Planning of Payments wrt the funds flow.
• Reconciliation
• Handover of projects to Operations.
