Coalesce Management Consulting (CMC) has a consulting assignment available for an experienced CapEx Project Manager to support a major machinery and facility investment programme.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the procurement, installation, commissioning and handover of equipment and facility infrastructure supporting a new Silicon Carbide manufacturing programme.

The consultant will be responsible for coordinating suppliers, contractors and internal stakeholders whilst ensuring project scope, schedules, budgets and technical requirements are successfully delivered.

The assignment will cover machinery procurement, facility systems, installation management, commissioning activities and transition into production operations.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience delivering CapEx or investment projects.
• Experience managing equipment procurement and supplier packages.
• Strong installation and commissioning experience.
• Experience managing project schedules, budgets and risks.
• Ability to coordinate multiple technical stakeholders and suppliers.
• Understanding of industrial utility systems including gas, compressed air and cooling water.
• Knowledge of CE Marking and Machine Directive requirements.
• Experience producing project documentation, procedures and handover documentation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Desirable Experience

• Experience within semiconductor manufacturing.
• Experience within process industries such as Oil & Gas, Food & Beverage, Pharmaceutical or MedTech.
• Knowledge of pressure systems, piping, valves and industrial utilities.
• Experience delivering greenfield or facility expansion projects.
• Experience managing subcontractors and multiple supplier interfaces.
• Experience supporting factory start-up or manufacturing scale-up activities.
• Experience working with international suppliers and equipment vendors.
