Role & Responsibilities:

• Handling customer interactions for a premium UK Insurance voice process.
• Assist international clients with insurance-related queries, policy details, and resolutions.
• Maintain high quality of service and adhere to compliance and operational standards.

Required Candidate Profile:

• Education: Strictly Graduate only (Any stream).
• Experience: Mandatory prior experience in a Voice Process.
• Skills: Strong English communication skills with clean Voice & Accent (V&A).
• Location: Must be comfortable working at the designated facility in Kundanahalli, Bangalore.

• Fixed CTC: Up to 5,00,000 per annum
• Shift: UK shift
• 5 days work 2 days off
