Capital Management

Role & responsibilities :

• Monthly capital adequacy computation and reporting
• RWA deck preparation and RWA MIS
• ALCO data submission
• RWA Optimization and guidance to business teams on capital conservation
• Capital projections / budgeting (near-term, medium-term and long-term) and Capital Reviews
• Maintenance and periodic update of SOPs
• Multiple RBI regulatory submissions
• Audit co-ordination (Internal, External and Compliance Testing) and responses
• Interpretation with a lense of RWA Optimization and capital conservation
• System changes, identification of data attributes and work-around in case of data deficiencies
• Continuous business interactions for Credit Risk computation
• Multi-stage testing and parallel runs
• Changes in RCA3, XBRL and other returns
• Continuous co-ordination with Risk, IT, Business teams and external consultants
• Enhancements to RAROC Calculator (Capital component) for use in loan profitability evaluations
• Evaluation of new product launches from a capital consumption and pricing perspective
• Capital projections in scenarios of infusions in subsidiaries, associates or purchase of stake / strategic investments etc.
• Presentations to senior management

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience: CA with 8+ years of relevant experience or MBA with 12+ years of relevant experience. Relevant experience in capital reporting, regulatory submissions, capital planning.
• Industry: Banking, NBFC, Financial Organizations
• Experience in Regulatory Submissions - RBI.
• Calculation of RWA.
