We are seeking a Capital Projects Manager to join our team, delivering the capital construction and refurbishment projects across the College, coordinating the activities of a project to ensure cost, programme and quality standards are met, under the direction of the Lead Capital Projects Manager.

You will be expected to coordinate projects from inception to completion, with responsibility for the day-to-day running of the projects, and will also be responsible for producing drawings and specifications for simple projects, keeping College drawing records up to date and providing advice on relevant building standards and regulations.

You will be hands-on, organising and closely monitoring on-site works where appropriate, deputising for the Lead Capital Projects Manager when necessary.
