What you will do:

• Introduce wine menu and offer wine pairing service with exceptional storytelling to the guests
• Responsible for stocking the wine, liqueurs, spirits, and drinks for the bar
• Work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to achieve revenue targets through upselling
• Maintain professional served beverage/dining experience in line with the Four Seasons standards of excellence of quality, professionalism, and friendliness
• Follow up constantly with guests’ satisfaction with services and food quality
• Perform any related duties as assigned by the supervisor

What you bring:

• Diploma or higher in Food & Beverage, Hospitality Management, or related fields with active wine certifications
• 3 - 4 years of Food & Beverage working experience, Fine-dining will be advantageous
• Proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin language skills
• Good presentation skills
