Capsule machine operator

Job Summary

We are looking for our client an experienced and skilled Capsule Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team at Kala Amb Haryana. The ideal candidate should have 6–8 years of hands-on experience in operating and handling capsule filling machines, with a strong understanding of production processes, machine settings, quality requirements, and GMP practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor capsule filling and associated manufacturing machinery efficiently.
• Set up, adjust, and troubleshoot capsule machines to maintain smooth production.
• Ensure machines are operated as per approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Monitor machine performance, output, and product quality during production.
• Perform routine machine cleaning, changeover, and basic maintenance activities.
• Maintain accurate production and machine operation records.
• Identify and report machine abnormalities, breakdowns, and quality issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, hygiene, and production standards.
• Coordinate with the Production, Quality Control, and Maintenance teams whenever required.
• Minimize machine downtime and production wastage through efficient operation.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 6–8 years of relevant experience as a Capsule Machine Operator in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
• Practical experience with capsule filling machines and production equipment.
• Good knowledge of machine operation, changeover, cleaning, and troubleshooting.
• Understanding of GMP, SOPs, and pharmaceutical manufacturing practices.
• Ability to maintain production documentation and records.
• Good attention to detail and quality awareness.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and meet production targets.
• Willingness to work in shifts as required.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with experience in pharmaceutical capsule manufacturing and hands-on experience with automatic capsule filling machines will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
