Job Summary

The Restaurant Captain oversees daily floor operations, leads the service team, and ensures exceptional guest service while maintaining restaurant standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the service team during shifts.
• Welcome guests and ensure a high-quality dining experience.
• Coordinate with the kitchen for timely service.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and SOP compliance.
• Conduct team briefings and assist in staff training.
• Monitor table service and ensure operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills

• 1–2 years of restaurant service experience, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong command of English (Mandatory)
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of food & beverage service standards and POS systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible shifts.
