Key Responsibilities :-

Guest Service & Customer Satisfaction

• Welcome and attend to guests professionally, ensuring a warm and pleasant dining experience.
• Ensure timely and accurate order taking, food delivery, and table service.
• Handle guest queries, complaints, and special requests promptly and escalate issues when required.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and take necessary steps to improve service quality.

Restaurant Operations

• Supervise stewards and service staff during daily operations.
• Ensure proper table setup, restaurant readiness, and adherence to service sequences.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and billing teams to ensure smooth and timely order execution.
• Monitor table turnover, service speed, and operational efficiency during peak hours.
• Ensure correct order processing and minimize order errors and delays.

Food Safety, Hygiene & Grooming

• Ensure compliance with personal hygiene, grooming, uniform, and cleanliness standards.
• Monitor restaurant cleanliness, table hygiene, service stations, and equipment readiness.
• Follow applicable food safety, sanitation, and company SOP requirements.
• Ensure proper handling of crockery, cutlery, glassware, and service equipment.

Billing, Sales & Cost Control

• Coordinate with the cashier to ensure accurate billing and smooth payment processing.
• Promote menu items, combos, add-ons, and beverages to improve average order value.
• Monitor wastage, breakage, and misuse of restaurant equipment.
• Support the management in achieving sales targets and improving guest feedback scores.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
