Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of F&B Associates and Stewards.
• Welcome guests, assist with seating arrangements, and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and ensure timely service.
• Explain menu items, daily specials, and recommendations to guests.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Handle guest queries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
• Ensure proper table setup, mise-en-place, and restaurant cleanliness.
• Monitor staff grooming, personal hygiene, and service standards.
• Assist with billing, order checks, and payment coordination when required.
• Conduct pre-shift briefings and allocate duties to team members.
• Monitor inventory of service equipment, crockery, cutlery, and glassware.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company policies.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum qualification: hospitality diploma or degree preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in F&B service, preferably in a restaurant or fine-dining establishment.
• Previous experience in a supervisory role is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
