Key responsibilities
- Provides courteous and efficient service to all guests
- Recommends menu items and takes guests' orders
- Supervises food presentation and ensures overall guest satisfaction
- Attends to guests' needs and pays attention to special requests
- Ensures that all food and beverage orders are taken correctly and served promptly
- Checks with guests on their feedback
- Prepares and checks on the mise-en-place for each work station
- Proficient in product knowledge and able to explain to guests accurately
About you
- Minimum 2 years working experience in similar capacity
- Able to work on shifts including weekends and public holidays
- Have operational knowledge of the point of sales system (POS) and cashiering duties
