Job Summary: Binge Consulting is looking for an experienced Restaurant Captain to manage daily service operations, lead the service team, and ensure excellent guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise service staff and manage daily restaurant operations.
• Ensure excellent guest service and handle customer complaints.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service.
• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and service standards.
• Manage table setup, order accuracy, and billing.
• Drive upselling and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in restaurant or hotel service.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service.
• Professional grooming and a customer-focused attitude.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
