Captain ( F & B )

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused F&B Captain to join Kings Club. The role involves supervising the service team, ensuring smooth restaurant operations, and delivering an excellent dining experience to our members and guests.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Greeting and assisting members and guests with their requirements.
• Supervise and coordinate the service team during operations.
• Ensure timely and professional food and beverage service.
• Allocate duties and monitor staff performance.
• Handle guest queries and resolve service-related concerns professionally.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments for smooth service.
• Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, hygiene, and service standards.
• Monitor inventory, crockery, cutlery, and service equipment.
• Support the team during events, banquets, and peak hours.

Candidate Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in F&B Service, preferably as a Captain.
• Hospitality/Hotel Management qualification preferred.
• Excellent communication and guest-handling skills.
• Good leadership and team-management abilities.
• Well-groomed, confident, and customer focused.
• Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
