Captain Server

The Captain Server Leads service teams during assigned shifts and locations, ensuring efficient operations and exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise service staff during operations.
• Coordinate service flow and table assignments.
• Ensure compliance with service standards and procedures.
• Assist in staff training and development.
• Address guest concerns and special requests.
• Support management with shift execution and reporting.
• Travel between assigned locations as required.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a senior service role.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Preferably with an excellent English communication skill.
• Excellent knowledge of food and beverage service.
• Customer-focused and solution-oriented.
• Willing to work on a rotational schedule.
