Kualifikasi :
- Pendidikan minimal tingkat SMA/K
- Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun di F&B dan Retail
- Paham pengelolaan inventory, dapat membuat laporan dan menggunakan komputer, cepat beradaptasi, interaktif, bisa bekerjasama dalam tim, inisiatif yang tinggi dan komunikasi yang baik.
- Penempatan kerja : Area Jabodetabek, Bandung, Karawang, Cikarang (disesuaikan domisili)
Deskripsi Pekerjaan :
- Memastikan staff dibawahnya menjalankan operasional sesuai dengan standart
- Merangkul dan memanage staffnya
- Memastikan semua team melakukan service ke customer dengan baik.
- Mengidentifikasi kebutuhan pelanggan dan proatktif melakuan response terhadap kebutuhan pelanggan.
- Dapat di delegasikan pekerjaan oleh atasan
- Mampu mengevaluasi staff tentang standart store
- Membangun kerjasama yang baik dengan setiap bagian
- Memastikan staff upselling product ke customer
