What they need
Captain Waiter is responsible for leading and supervising the service team in providing excellent dining experiences to resort guests. The position ensures proper execution of restaurant operations, maintains service standards, assists in staff coordination, and delivers professional and personalized guest service.ant health department rules/regulations and all customer service guidelines
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a waiter/server, preferably in a hotel or resort environment.
- Experience leading or supervising a service team is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service procedures.
- Leadership ability and strong attention to detail.
