Captain/Supervisor │Ninetta

We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and leadership-driven Captain/Supervisor to join our casual Italian restaurant team. The ideal candidate excels in customer service and leads the service team to deliver outstanding dining experiences.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Warmly welcome and assist guests with seating, bringing a positive and happy energy to their dining experience.
• Ensure guests receive prompt, attentive, and cheerful service within specified timeframes.
• Maintain an excellent knowledge of our menu and presentation standards to confidently answer questions and assist guests with their selections.
• Set tables immaculately according to event types and our high service standards.
• Communicate proactively with the kitchen regarding menu questions, wait times, and product availability.
• Check in with guests regularly with a friendly demeanor to ensure complete satisfaction with their food and beverages.
• Take responsibility for clearing, collecting, and returning food and beverage items to designated areas efficiently.
• Review order dockets with a keen eye, ensuring accurate and timely preparation.
• Ensure restaurant standards and SOPs are consistently and enthusiastically implemented.
• Conduct monthly inventory checks on all operating equipment and supplies.
• Take an active, encouraging role in coaching and developing junior staff with an upbeat attitude.

What We Are Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years of restaurant service experience, with at least 1 year as a Supervisor or Captain.
• A genuinely happy, energetic personality with a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to deliver fantastic, memorable service in a high-profile venue.
• Great presentation and lively conversational skills that make guests feel truly welcome.
• Passionate about people and eager to develop and grow alongside your team.
• A fantastic team player who radiates positive energy on the floor.
• Interest in and knowledge of Italian cuisine and dining culture is highly preferred.
• Fluent in English, while conversational Cantonese and Mandarin are a fantastic plus.
• Candidates with more experience will be warmly considered for a Supervisor role.
