Now Hiring: BDC / Business Development Representative

Are you great on the phone and comfortable creating content for TikTok and Instagram? We’re looking for a bilingual BDC Representative who can turn calls, online inquiries, and social media engagement into dealership appointments.

What you’ll do

• Make and receive a high volume of customer calls.
• Follow up with internet leads, past customers, and prospects.
• Schedule appointments, confirm them, and follow up through the customer’s visit.
• Use the CRM to document conversations, manage follow-up tasks, and track results.
• Work closely with the sales team to maximize each opportunity.
• Create engaging content featuring vehicles and dealership specials.
• Participate in TikTok and Instagram LIVE videos.
• Respond to social media messages and turn inquiries into leads and appointments.

What we’re looking for

• Bilingual English and Spanish — required.
• Strong phone, communication, and customer service skills.
• Confidence asking customers for an appointment and following through.
• Experience using TikTok and Instagram; comfort appearing on camera and going LIVE.
• Organization, consistency, and a results-driven attitude.
• Automotive experience is a plus, but we can train the right person.

Pay: From $600.00 per week
